EPP Group work in partnership with a number of traineeship providers to coordinate short term Traineeship work placements within the students chosen industry to help them gain experience, learn and develop their skills and understanding of the workplace. Traineeships are a great opportunity to embark on work experience as well as improve your English and maths, if needed.

MATHS AND ENGLISH
Most employers look for GCSEs in English and Maths as an entry requirement for apprenticeships.
If you do not have the sufficient grades within these subjects to make you eligible for roles, our traineeship programs will focus on helping you achieve passes in these core subjects.
PLACEMENTS
Our Traineeships typically last between 8-12 weeks. Although we do have pre-set programs we can also work with Employers to design a high-quality traineeship training course – one that suits both the needs of your business and the needs of the trainee ensuring that they are the right candidate for your business.
FUNDING
Traineeships are fully funded placements therefore at no cost to the employer. We will ask at the time of sign up whether you would be prepared to contribute £25 per week to the candidate's travel and food.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for involvement in a traineeship programme, you’ll need to meet a few essential requirements...
you need to be eligible to work in the UK
you need to be unemployed and have little or no work experience
applicants must be aged between 16-24
applicants must be motivated to work
have no qualifications above GCSE level (or equivalent)
